The pleasant weather during autumn provides a perfect opportunity to start or revive your running routine. This 4-week progressive running routine gradually increases your pace, allowing your body to adjust to two speeds. For this routine, you will start with a brisk walk for your warm-up and power walk and jog in 1-minute intervals, followed by a cool-down. It's crucial to pay attention to your body's signals and slow down or walk when necessary.




Prior to commencing any new or modified fitness regimen, it's important to consult with your medical or fitness provider.
