At CMJ Performance & Sport Science, we partner with coaches to design strength and conditioning programs that help teams move better, play harder, and stay healthier. Every program is built to progress athletes intentionally toward their goals-grounded in science-based practices and practical application.

 

Our Programming is Sport Specific

 

  • Evaluate Strength & Conditioning Facility

  • Discuss and Evaluate Current Practices

  • Detail Goals and Progression 

  • Develop Progress Measuring and Monitioring

We will develop plans based on priorities and constraints (time, equipment, etc.) 

When considering how far in advance to develop a training plan, we suggest 2-3 months before the start of the new plan. For returning coaches, this timeline may be considerable shorter *.
