April Wellness Habits Challenge

Have fun & get 1% better each day!

We welcome April 💐 with a deep inhale of fresh spring air and a fresh opportunity 💪🏾 to work towards our wellness goals. This month, I wanted to change it up. Instead of doing a strictly fitness-focused challenge, I wanted to use this month to set an intentional focus on strengthening four daily habits to improve overall wellness. 🌟

Here's the plan: April Wellness Habit Challenge

Athlete Type:

  • All Levels

Before You Begin:
  • Read through the habits for each day.

  • If they work for you, on the right-hand side, set your daily water intake (consult your medical provider, Harvard Health recommends about 15.5 cups for men and for women about 11.5 cups for healthy individuals)

  • If you find one that does not work for you, scratch it and replace it with a habit you want to work on.

The Work:
  • Start each day by reviewing your goals and setting your intentional goal(s) for the day.

  • At the end of each day, if you met your goal, check off the circle next to it; if you don't, don't worry; you may have another go at it later in the month.

Exercise Rx

Each day, the goal of physical activity is at least 30 minutes. You can get some ideas on a few ways you can stay physically active with activities that you enjoy by checking out my post Revamp Your Fitness Routine 🏃🏾‍♀️ with My Fitness & Physical Activity Ideas!
